When Don is not building businesses or consulting with other leaders and companies, his time is spent doing what he loves with people he loves, along with his wife Dee and son D.J. and his family. He enjoys golf, fishing, traveling, and spending time at his summer home in Wisconsin.

With over 22 years of total experience and six years of experience in global financial management, spanning multiple SMBs to big companies, Mandy is an accomplished professional who brings confidence, professionalism, and leadership to her role as a manager of accounting, finance, and taxation projects at her Specific Expertise. Her well-rounded financial planning capabilities are a testament to her dedication and hard work.
In addition, Mandy has also ventured into the world of accounting firms, working as an outsourced finance function bookkeeper for several firms within and outside of the EU. This has enabled her to expand her knowledge and expertise in global technologies, VAT, and tax systems and stay ahead of the curve.
